Basic Obedience Training Package
In the One-on-One basic obedience training program, you and your dog will learn basic obedience commands such as Sit, Down, Place, Heel, and Recall. We will be focusing on having these commands as reliable as possible in high distraction situations, as well as having your dog hold command for long durations. This along with teaching your dog to have a calm state of mind will unlock a whole new world for you and your dog.
This 5-lesson package will be done in the client’s home as well as out in high distraction public places. We will cover teaching wanted behaviors, as well as how to stop unwanted behaviors. Keep in mind that it is imperative for the training tools to be implemented throughout the week, and not just in a training session.
Behavior modification is paramount to the training process and we will cover the basics of this. If there is a need for more intense behavior modification, we will discuss this in the initial evaluation.
